Bio:

Jackie Rocks is a no frills, hard hitting, working class band with a hard rock sound that blends Rock/Pop/Metal and Punk. The band displays its versatility on original material penned by Jackie, as well as covering songs from the likes
of Pat Benatar, Heart, and even a rock version of Alicia Key's, "No One." The band has been compared to a wide variety of artists such as Pat Benatar, Joan Jett, The Donnas, Cheap Trick, AFI, System of a Down, and early My Chemical Romance. They have pursued every performing opportunity to get their music heard, not only rocking local venues and benefit concerts for various charities, but also branching out into the Greater Bay area and beyond. They are a professional, hard working band with over 300 live performances under their belt.

Jackie is a singer/songwriter and has a large catalog of songs in different genres of music including indie/acoustic, pop, modern rock, punk, metal, and blues.

Jackie is not only a very talented young lady, but also a great role model, inspiring many children and teens to start their own bands and write songs.

"My Own World" was also a top 10 finalist on an Ourstage.com contest to open for the band Hanson.
